Terms and conditions
The rules that apply to every transfer or chauffeur booking with Belgium Cab.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all chauffeured passenger transport booked with Belgium Cab: airport transfers, private rides, long-distance rides and day trips.
2. Booking
You can book through the online form, by phone on +32 476 51 80 32, on WhatsApp or by email at book@belgiumcab.com. You give us the pickup address, destination, date, time, number of passengers and bags. Your booking is confirmed once Belgium Cab confirms it.
3. Prices
Prices are fixed and quoted when you book. They apply per vehicle and include fees, taxes and the driver's tip. The price does not depend on traffic or the route taken.
4. Waiting time
Free waiting time is 60 minutes for airport pickups and 15 minutes for other rides, starting from the agreed pickup time.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time. You can cancel by phone, WhatsApp or email.
6. Luggage and passengers
You declare the number of passengers and bags when booking, and we choose the vehicle accordingly. For safety, the number of passengers cannot exceed the number of seats in the vehicle.
7. Drivers and vehicles
All Belgium Cab drivers and vehicles are licensed and insured.
