Which airport are you flying from?

How your transfer works

Arrivals

Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall, after baggage reclaim. You receive the exact meeting point and your driver's contact details with your confirmation. Add your flight number when you book. You get 60 minutes of free waiting, which covers passport control and luggage.

Departures

Your driver collects you at the agreed address and time and drops you at the departures hall. Aim to arrive 2 hours before a European flight and 3 hours before a long-haul flight. We will help you pick a pickup time that allows for distance and traffic.

Airport transfer prices

Fees, taxes and tip included. For a route without a listed price, the booking form gives you a fixed quote.

The price is fixed when you book and covers the whole vehicle, including fees, taxes and tip. It does not change if the roads are busy or your flight lands in the middle of the night. The right vehicle for your luggage

One or two travellers with two suitcases fit easily in a sedan. Families with a pushchair, or groups with ski bags, should choose the Mercedes V-Class van: 8 passengers and 12 bags. For business trips, the Mercedes E-Class. For VIP guests, the Mercedes S-Class. Tell us the number of passengers and bags when you book and we will send the right car.

Dawn flights and late arrivals

The first flights leave around 6 am, and low-cost flights often land at Charleroi after 10 pm. Trains and buses are scarce at those hours, and airport parking adds up over a week's holiday. We drive 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Book ahead and your driver will be there on time.
