How do I book with Belgium Cab?

Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price is set when you book. It includes fees, taxes and tip, and does not depend on traffic.
How much is a taxi from Brussels Airport to Brussels?

Brussels Airport or Charleroi: which one is my flight?
Brussels Airport (BRU) is in Zaventem, 12 km from the centre. Brussels South Charleroi (CRL) is about 55 km south. Check the airport code on your ticket.
How long will the driver wait?
60 minutes free at the airport and 15 minutes for other pickups.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
In the arrivals hall, after the baggage area. You receive the exact meeting point with your confirmation.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. If your flight is badly delayed, call or WhatsApp us.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, up to 24 hours before pickup. See our terms and conditions.
Do you drive at night, at weekends and on public holidays?
Yes. We run 24/7.
Do I need to tip the driver?
No. The tip is already included in the fixed price.
How many passengers and bags?
A sedan takes 3 or 4 passengers. The Mercedes V-Class van takes 8 passengers and 12 bags. See our minivan taxi.
Which cars do you use?
Mercedes E-Class, V-Class and S-Class, plus Eco sedans.
Are your drivers licensed?
Yes. All our drivers and vehicles are licensed and insured.
Do you have child seats?
Tell us your children's ages when you book. We will confirm the equipment available for your ride.
Do you drive to Paris or Amsterdam?
